Delivery 

We currently offer free Worldwide Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery for Standard International shipping are 10 - 14 working days. Standard UK Delivery estimated between 2 - 3 working days. All deliveries will be between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.

 

International Delivery & Returns

Please follow checkout as normal and select your country. If it's not listed please do email customerservice@room24.co.uk. Room 24 will not be held liable for any local customs duties or taxes for your goods on delivery.

We have a 14 day returns and exchange policy. If you wish to return or exchange an order please click this link https://returnsportal.co/version-live/r/room24  

 

Goods must be unworn and unwashed and hygiene strips must be in place in order for us to issue the refund.

Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you ship your item(s) using a service that insures you for the value and guarantees delivery. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your item(s).

Expect that refunds can take between 10 - 14 working days from the date we received the returned good(s), to come back into the customer's account.

Please note that all sales of sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered against sale purchases. 

Faulty Goods Policy

At Room 24 , we make every effort to carefully check your order before it is dispatched and returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.

We will inspect all items returned as faulty upon receipt. Upon inspection, items that are deemed by us as having been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We do not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during laundering if our washing/care advice has not been strictly followed.

If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting customerservice@room24.co.uk about the fault. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 5 days of from the day you receive your order.


If we cannot offer you a replacement, due to stock availability, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days to appear in your account, dependent on your bank’s processing times.

 

Christmas Shipping


The last order date to guarantee delivery pre Christmas is 1pm on the 21st December in the UK and 1pm on the 15th December for the rest of the world.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription Order?

We will deliver products to you as soon as reasonably possible. Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed. Please contact us our customer service team if your delivery has not been received within the dates described.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
